SLIDING (DYNAMIC) RACK SYSTEMS

Sliding rack systems are comprised of roller canals which ensure spontaneous slide of products (pallets, boxes) towards unloading direction due to the inclination. This system enables placement of many canals side-to-side or superposed on each other.

Rollers not only fulfill storage operation, but they also perform transportation process. Since loading and unloading corridors are separated, loading process is performed in one side, while unloading can be performed in the other side.

Storage is performed according to the principle of first in-first out (FIFO).

Quantity of rollers is determined according to size and weight of boxes. Separators are placed between sliding canals and thus, sliding canals are separated from each other. Sliding rack canals are ready for assembly without requiring extra procedure.

1 – ROLLER (BOX) SLINING RACK

When one box is removed, the one behind it is automatically conveyed to the receiving position due to the inclined rollers.

2 – SLIDING RACK WITH PALLET

It is appropriate for storing same type of loads with high volume. When one pallet is removed, other pallet automatically slides to the unloading side.
Sliding rate of pallets can be controlled using brakes on the mechanism.
There is a separator system between the pallet at position ready for unloading and the one
behind it; when front pallet is removed, separator system opens and the pallet behind is
conveyed to the receiving position. Thus, compression of two pallets on each other is avoided.
