It Is the rack system ensuring most efficient use of maximum height of storage areas. A platform is constructed using rack legs and number of platforms compatible with height of storage area is determined.

In the mezzanine system, volume of warehouse dictates the system coefficient (platform coefficient of rack system) and thus, benefit from height of warehouse is maximized. Walking regions on floors and surfaces of platforms are coated with materials such as cable grid, wallboard, mdf and sheet metal.

If desired, system can be enlarged on longitudinal or lateral plane. Passage between floors is provided with stairs or elevator. This system offers storage area and working area in combination. Products can be stored manually or in automated manner.

Since system components are de-mounted, change of location at any time is possible. Mezzanine rack system is preferred in warehouses where quantities and diversity of products are high, spare part and accessory warehouses, archive and product ready for order.
